Chipping Away…

Did you ever hear about the guy who ate an elephant?  His secret to success was simple…he took one bite at a time.  As much as I would love to be able to say I’ve almost finished my task and completed my meal, another part of me is excited by the truth.  It isn’t over by any stretch.  In the immortal words of the late golf legend Chubbs Petersen, I have only just begun.

Anyhow, with that said I can tell you this.  This site had been little more than a desolate internet wasteland for nearly two years until yesterday.  What was previously just a small placeholder page is finally starting to shape up into something special.  In the coming weeks I will be adding content to the site regularly, including year-by-year team synopses, rosters, and interesting facts about the coal industry.

We are also gearing up for the big launch coming up on December 1.  Until then, we are taking pre-orders and don’t forget…not only will the first 25 books be personally inscribed, a portion of the proceeds from each sale will be donated to the Frankfort Community High School Athletics Department.  Reserve your copy today!
